Shipping to Switzerland is only possible upon request.

For Switzerland, goods are calculated without German VAT and must be subsequently cleared through customs in Switzerland at the
currently valid VAT rate of 7.7%. The customer bears the customs duty of 7.7%.

Prices for pallet goods (delivery of furniture to Switzerland)
Customs clearance flat rate: €90
Transport costs flat rate: from €195.

Transport costs and customs clearance flat rate can be collected in cash upon delivery.
For Switzerland, goods are calculated without German VAT and must be subsequently cleared through customs in Switzerland at the

We reserve the right to arrange payment of shipping and customs duties individually with the customer from a certain
value of goods.

General shipping information

The shipping of furniture can be carried out by a forwarding agent or with richhome's own vehicles.
The delivery date can be agreed by phone or in writing with richhome.

To enable delivery, please remember to provide a daytime
reachable phone number (preferably a mobile number) during the checkout / ordering process. Delivery is made to the
curbside, i.e. the forwarding agent is only responsible for delivery to the front of the house, but not for transport
into your apartment/house.

If you would like the goods delivered to your apartment/house, we offer the additional service
of 2-man handling. The additional service of 2-man handling costs 85 euros. 2-man handling
is limited to direct delivery to the apartment and does not include the assembly of the
furniture.

Please also note that delivery by the forwarding agent can only take place Monday to Friday between
9 AM and 4 PM. Saturday delivery is only possible with richhome's own vehicles.
