Right of Withdrawal & 30-Day Return Policy

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us: 

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For goods that cannot be sent by parcel post with a value of up to and including 400 Euros, the return costs are 50 Euros. For goods with a value of 400 Euros or more, the return costs are 90 Euros.

Loss of Value: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

3. Our Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

Because it is important to us that you feel completely comfortable with your new furniture, we extend the statutory right for you: We grant consumers a voluntary return policy of a total of 30 days from receipt of the goods.

The following conditions apply for days 15 to 30:

• Condition of the goods: The furniture must be returned unassembled, undamaged, clean, and without signs of use in its original packaging (or equivalent, transport-safe packaging).
• Refund: After inspecting the goods, we will refund the full purchase price to you via the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
• Return transport: The costs for return transport (a flat rate of €59 for freight-forwarded goods) are borne by the buyer. For smaller, parcel-eligible items, costs may vary – please contact us by email in advance. Alternatively, you can return the goods to our branch free of charge by prior arrangement.

This voluntary return policy does not restrict the statutory right of withdrawal according to section 1, but complements it.

4. Commercial Customers (B2B)

If an order is placed in a company name, it is considered a commercial order. In this case, the statutory right of withdrawal and the voluntary right of return are completely forfeited.

Commercial customers are also identified as entrepreneurs according to § 14 BGB during the order process by a corresponding selection and thereby declare the waiver of the right of withdrawal.
