Right of Withdrawal & 30-Day Return Policy

1. Legal right of withdrawal for consumers

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. These correspond to the shipping costs and are graduated accordingly.

Loss in value: You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

3. Our voluntary 30-day return policy

Because it is important to us that you feel completely comfortable with your new furniture, we extend the legal right for you: We grant consumers a voluntary right of return for a total of 30 days from receipt of the goods.

The following conditions apply for days 15 to 30:

• Condition of the goods: The furniture must be returned unassembled, undamaged, clean and without signs of use in its original packaging (or equivalent, transport-safe packaging).
• Refund: After checking the goods, we will refund the full purchase price using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
• Return shipping: The costs for return shipping will be borne by the buyer in the amount of the shipping costs. For smaller, parcel-suitable items, costs may vary – please contact us in advance by email. Alternatively, you can return the goods free of charge to our branch after prior arrangement.

This voluntary right of return does not restrict the legal right of withdrawal according to section 1, but supplements it.

4. Commercial customers (B2B)

If an order is placed in a company name, it is considered a commercial order. In this case, the legal right of withdrawal and the voluntary right of return are entirely excluded.

Commercial customers are additionally identified as entrepreneurs according to § 14 BGB during the order process by making an appropriate selection and thereby declare their waiver of the right of withdrawal.
